It was very easy to spot on the airline luggage carousel. It did get dirty and marked up after the first flight, but that is my fault, not the product's. I picked the color and knew that winter travel may result in marked up luggage. I recommend the product - 5 stars.

I ordered IT luggage because of the good quality of a previous purchase more than than 7 years ago. This piece was purchased in December and was used for only two cruises and where it received minimal handling. The photo clearly shows that the fabric failed and exposed the trim wire. The previous bag did not have wire covered with thin fabric but a heavy fabric cord. I will seriously consider whether to buy another IT luggage.

We bought the 27" suitcase and really like it. It rolls very smoothly, and looks great.

I like the fact that it doesn't split into 2 parts that hold clothes, which then fall out when you close the suitcase. Instead, one part holds all of the clothes and the other part is just a flap that zippers shut.

We ended up buying the 22" suitcase as a matching piece of luggage.
