KomalC is a small family business based in Chicago, Illinois. It was born out of a young girl’s passion for creating exquisite handmade leather articles. It all started in a small town called Lynchburg Tennessee, Where Komal, A Handmade Leather Artist, Started giving shapes to her creativity and started offering her creations to clients through shelves on Coffee shops, Gas stations and supermarkets.

In a couple of years, customer feedback motivated her to do better and go bigger and the growing demand for her product made her reach out to other artists like her from around the world. Moving to Chicago in 2012 gave wings to her dream and her co-workers in Bank of America, Inspired her to go online and sell her products to a wider range of clients based all across the United States. Past 5 Years, Our business KomalC now support and import from their handicraft artists and offer a much wider range of handmade leather articles to clients across the globe. This is my first amazon review and I just had to take the time to write this as I am very pleased. Leather bag came very thoughtfully packed in a box with proper padding and silica gel (do not eat) packets. Item arrived here in Manitoba in record time without incident, shipped quickly over a long weekend. The bag itself is very thoughtfully constructed and came with a nice letter printed on thick, textured paper and personally hand-signed by Komal Chaudhari. The letter talks about things like product construction and care (leather conditioner and saddle soap are ok) and how we are invited to contact them directly for any issues with the product. Overall I received a very happy, positive feeling with the unpacking and end-end buyer experience. Great gift idea as well. Look no further, this is a quality item.

One of the best purchases i have made in a long time. The quality and craftsmanship is amazing. The packaging is amazing. Bag was packed withe with tissue paper, loads of those little packets to prevent moisture, the brass was covered in tape (to avoid any damage or scuffs during production and shipping) and even had a note about the product with the signature of person who made and packaged it. The leather is quality and thick. All this said, it is new, so can't comment on daily use or how long it will last. But so far, i feel it will be with me for a long time. I highly recommend, at least that's my first impressions.
Ps. I have paid hundreds of $$ more, in the past, for less a product.

It's a decent leather bag and the price makes it even better. Thick leather and good staining means it'll last a while with good maintenance. The only 2 gripes I have is it's single stitched seams which means they could loosen with heavy use, but most likely a cost-saving decision. It's also flattened to ship out which affects it's shape. Otherwise, great way to get leather luggage without paying outrageous money for something marginally better.

Wow this bag is impressive. Really nicely made using top notch materials. High quality leather, nice stitching, good zippers and hardware make this bag very sturdy and great looking. I really don’t understand how they can sell this bag at such an inexpensive price (I’m not complaining!) It rivals other bags that sell for hundreds more.
