Great camera

Great camera
This camera is great, I've included some example pictures. It's small but still nice to hold, easy to use for a beginner but still offers technical features you would expect on larger full frame cameras.I wish you could remap the buttons a bit better, there's no physical button for setting iso so I have to tap the screen or set it to Auto. I use the * button to focus so it would have been good to be able to set the half press shutter to allow the lens ring to change the iso but that is my only negative.
Thank you for your feedback

This is a ridiculously garbage camera for vlogging. I have a mkii that was good until it developed hot pixels. I wanted to try the mkiii as its supposed upgrade. the mkii main drawback was only the lack of external audio its focus and low light was good. The mkiii however is a huge downgrade in all aspects except still frame photography. something you would buy a dslr for to begin with. it cannot for the life of it focus at all in low light and even broad daylight it struggles with vlog and holding any form of frame. it constantly hunts ruining all the content and audio also peaks unlike the mkii. Even with a firmware update the camera constantly hunts and cannot focus or hold focus on anything. Complete waste of time and money

So very disappointed, it could have been so perfect for me, now it sits in a bag just getting old like me, as a pensioner I cannot afford another camera I needed a reliable camera but just keeps overheating when I need it. What happened to quality assurance at Canon to let this through. I am gutted.

The compactness is GREAT. The image quality is clear and with much detail. Video quality is also fine. I was ready to love this BUT THE AUTOFOCUS is really frustrating 😢 it losses focus even on sit down videos and takes a long time to pick uo even when you touch the screen to get the focus.

1.0 out of 5 stars WHERE IS MY WARRANTY?

I bought a S$1,200 camera from Amazon without any warranty provided? The camera was delivered from Hong Kong with a Chinese invoice and no warranty card inside the box. Canon Singapore does not accept my registration for warranty because I do not have proof of purchase from their dealers or retailers.
